Commission agendas are posted three business days before the scheduled meeting and the calendar is set in the first meeting of the year.   

We post the approved minutes as a courtesy on the site, but the minutes are available in the Clerk’s office within 24 hours of approval, as per code.

Those interested in meeting with the Commission must contact the Clerk before the posting of the agenda in order to bring a concern for action to the Commission. The President generally asks attenders if they have a concern or comment, Toward the end of scheduled business but no decisions can be made without being posted as an agenda item.
